I’ve been following Davonte “Mook” Rouse’s case and it’s so unsettling that there’s still no resolution. It’s been over a year, and my heart goes out to his family. I can’t even imagine the pain of not knowing who’s responsible.
One thing that keeps crossing my mind is why the case hasn’t seen more breakthroughs. The video released by the Baltimore PD back in July 2023 seemed like such a solid lead. Are there too many people involved, or maybe witnesses who are too scared to speak up? It’s frustrating but also reinforces how crucial it is for the community to rally around cases like this.
If anyone’s in the area and knows anything at all, please, please do the right thing. It might piece together the puzzle and bring some peace to Mook’s loved ones. Let's keep his memory alive by pushing for justice and supporting his family in whatever way we can.
Hey everyone,

I wanted to discuss something that struck me about the murder of Davonte “Mook” Rouse. The Baltimore Police are still asking for the public's help, and it's baffling that there aren't any leads even after they released that video back in July last year. Has anyone seen it? I feel like there could be so many details that someone might recognize, even if it seems small. It's a tragic reminder of how vital community involvement is in these cases.

Considering how much time has passed with no arrests, maybe someone who hasn't even realized they know something could have that missing piece. I'm curious if anyone here has any thoughts on what makes people reluctant to come forward, especially if they might have been in the area that night or know someone who was.

It’s such a tough situation, and I keep thinking about Davonte’s family and friends still waiting for justice nearly a year and a half later. If you have any insights or memories from around that time, it might make a difference, so please consider reaching out to authorities. This should not be where his story ends.
Just heard about the shooting of Davonte Keyon “Mook” Rouse out on East 32nd Street back in 2023, and I can't stop thinking about his family and friends, especially since it looks like there hasn't been any closure. It's so unsettling to think that someone could be out there with info that could help bring justice but hasn't come forward. It's been over a year now, and I can only hope that the release of that video eventually leads to some revelations. I know the neighborhood’s probably still on edge, and we need to support anyone who might have information to feel safe enough to share it. If anyone's from that area or knows someone who is, please spread the word. Sometimes even the smallest detail can be the key to solving these cases.
