I'm really troubled by the ongoing cycle of violence between Devon and Michael. It’s just deeply saddening to think how unresolved disputes between family members can escalate to such extremes. I’ve been reading about the past incident in 2014, and it leaves me wondering if there were any attempts to intervene or provide support to the brothers before things spiraled out of control again. It seems to me like society often overlooks the signs and cries for help in seemingly personal disputes, only stepping in when it's too late. I can’t imagine what their family must be going through, having lost one son and dealing with the other potentially facing a life in prison. If anyone knows of similar stories where intervention helped prevent further tragedy, I'd be interested in hearing about those. Maybe there’s a way to learn from this for the future. My thoughts go out to everyone affected.
