I've been digging into this case, and there’s something that really gets to me about the timeline surrounding Jesse McFadden’s actions. We know he had that pending court date on May 1 for some truly awful charges, yet he acted before appearing in court. It makes me wonder what was going on in his mind leading up to this. Could there have been some sort of trigger or event that pushed him over the edge? The fact that he was still able to carry out such a heinous act despite being on the radar for other crimes highlights a major flaw in the system. It’s terrifying that someone with his history could get to a point where he takes seven lives, including his own family. My heart really goes out to those kids, just trying to live their young lives, and to Holly, who seemed to be caught in a horrible trap without any way out. I hope the investigation sheds light on any warning signs that may have been missed. Maybe it will lead to changes that prevent people like McFadden from being in a position to commit such devastating acts. Holding onto hope that these victims get the justice, however overdue, they deserve.
