Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case of the Candy family in Yukon, and I came across something that stood out to me. It's so perplexing that there weren't any previous calls or reports of domestic issues involving them. Friends and neighbors described them as a loving family, which makes this even harder to wrap my head around. It makes me wonder about the signs that might've been missed, or if there were any silent struggles happening behind closed doors. The importance of mental health and being there for one another is so critical, and it seems like these conversations are necessary now more than ever. My heart goes out to the surviving son. I can’t even imagine the trauma he’s experiencing. It's crucial for communities to rally around individuals impacted by tragedies like this, not just initially but in the long run. If anyone has suggestions on how we can support those in our own neighborhoods who might be silently struggling, I’d love to hear them. Let's try to prevent such events from happening in the future by being more vigilant and supportive.
