It's so sad to see another young life lost to gun violence, especially with a background of harassment leading up to such a devastating outcome. The involvement of Delayah's younger sister, hearing those last moments over the phone, must have been utterly traumatic. I can't imagine the impact of this on her mental health. It's important to remember the ripple effect these tragedies have, not just on the immediate family but the extended network of friends and community members. Does anyone know if there are support systems in place for families dealing with such trauma in Tacoma? It'd be comforting to know there's a strong community network to help them navigate this painful time.
