Has anyone else been thinking about the impact this tragedy might have on the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts in the area? Melissa and the kids were so active in those organizations. I can't help but worry about how their friends and fellow scouts are coping with this loss. It's hard to imagine scouting events without Renee, Amber, and Evan's presence. They must have brought so much energy and joy to their troops. I hope their friends and leaders are finding the support they need right now. It's a tight-knit community, and I know they'll be leaning on each other. Sending strength to all of them – it's not easy losing such bright and active members.
