I can't stop thinking about the bravery and quick thinking of the 911 caller who reported the incident. Imagine witnessing such a terrifying scenario on the highway and having the presence of mind to contact the authorities immediately. Their quick response likely played a crucial role in alerting law enforcement and enabling a swift investigation. My thoughts are with David's loved ones and with Jackie, who must be facing unimaginable emotions right now. It's a reminder of the importance of community vigilance and stepping up when something looks suspicious. I hope justice is served for David and his family.
