Randy, from what I’ve gathered, was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time, a victim of circumstances he had no control over. Reading about the community's reaction, it's clear he was valued by those who knew him. It’s so important in times like this to band together and support each other. I hope the Albuquerque community can find some solace and strength to push for changes that might prevent such senseless acts from happening again.
