I can’t stop thinking about Shawn’s kids, Ashlyn and Shawn Jr. Losing a parent is unimaginable, especially under such terrible circumstances. I hope they have a strong support network of family and friends to help them through this devastating time. It’s clear from the stories shared at Shawn’s memorial that he was a devoted father who cherished every moment with his children. It’s heartbreaking to think of the milestones he'll miss: graduations, weddings, and all those everyday moments we take for granted. I hope justice is served and brings some measure of peace to Shawn's loved ones. Sending strength and love to everyone affected by this senseless tragedy.
