Has anyone else been following the tragic situation involving Zavier Milligan in Ferriday? It's difficult to grasp how a simple altercation could escalate to such a devastating outcome. My heart goes out to his family and friends during this unbelievably challenging time. It’s troubling to see that a 16-year-old is involved in this case—just a kid really, already caught up in something so serious. This makes me wonder about the larger picture and what we as a community should be doing to prevent youth from heading down this path. I hope thorough investigations by the police will get to the bottom of both incidents and, ultimately, ensure justice for Zavier. We really need a solution to the growing problem of gun violence affecting our community. Has anyone heard if there have been any updates on community initiatives being planned to tackle these issues?
