I was thinking about Kay’Irian, and it’s just so deeply unsettling to me that she was taken from this world at such a young age, and with so much potential. Hearing that she was working towards a certificate in coding at CLTCC really struck me. It’s clear she was passionate about building a future not just for herself but also for her sons. It's unfair that her journey was cut short.
I can’t help but wonder how this all unfolded so tragically in what’s supposed to be a safe, domestic setting. Domestic violence leaves such an awful mark, and I just hope that anyone with information or context about what happened that night comes forward. Kay’Irian's family deserves answers and justice.
Also, I wanted to comment on the strength of her family and community during such an unimaginable time. Reading about how she accepted Christ early in life and her involvement with the church shows Kay'Irian's spirit was truly special. My thoughts are deeply with them, especially her two little boys. Is there any way the community can rally to support her sons during this difficult time, maybe through a fundraiser or support network? They deserve all the love and support we can offer.
