I've been following the case of Braxton Marlowe, and I can't shake the feeling that there's so much more beneath the surface that hasn't been revealed yet. Being from a small community like Perry County, it's unsettling to think that two young men lost their lives in what's described as a "strip job" shooting. The thing that's been on my mind is the lack of information about any suspects or leads. I understand investigations can take time, but it's been quite a while, and the silence is concerning. It must be incredibly frustrating and infuriating for Braxton’s family and friends to have such little closure. I also can't help but think about the injured third person in the incident—are they doing okay? Could they hold crucial information that might shed light on what really happened? There’s just so much uncertainty. It’s important to keep the conversation going and hope that justice will eventually be served for Braxton and Anthony. If anyone knows more or has heard updates, please share. The community needs answers and closure.

I can't stop thinking about the location where this tragedy took place. A "strip job" shooting? For those who don't know, a strip mining site is such a somber place for something so terrible to happen, and it just adds another layer of devastation to this story. As someone familiar with the area, I can tell you these sites are often isolated, which might explain why such violence could occur without immediate intervention. It pains me to think about how these young lives were cut short in a place meant for such a labor-intensive activity. How do we make sense of violence in a spot generally marked by toil and persistence? To the families of Braxton and Anthony, and the community in Avawam and Hazard, I hope they find some peace. These places that once carried memories of work and daily life will now forever hold the weight of this loss. My heart goes out to them during this difficult time.
