I thought they had the person that is responsible for this already, he is charged with murder and attempted murder (the wife)

I know, and I find that weird. But I personally know the person that committed this horrific senseless crime.

Did you want to give their name? There would have to be an arrest record.

Maybe there is a reason it hasn’t been made public. The person is in prison on unrelated charges, but I know he has been charged and is going to court in Jefferson co for this murder.

I’ve been thinking about the robbery aspect of Gordon Ritchie's tragic death, and it seems so senseless to target someone who dedicated so much of his life to helping others. What truly upsets me is that his vehicle was stolen during the home invasion. It's just so brazen and seems to add another layer to the mystery around this case. Could this have been a random act, or did someone know the value of his truck? My heart goes out to the family and friends of Mr. Ritchie who are grappling with this immense loss and fear. I hope the LMPD can gather enough evidence to catch those responsible and bring about some semblance of justice for such a well-respected man. If anyone at all has information, I can’t stress enough how important it is to come forward.
