I came across the tragic case of Laddie Raymond Calhoon Jr., and I can't stop thinking about how his family must be feeling right now. Living in the same city makes it feel all the more real and close to home. I saw that the family released a photograph of him, and seeing his face really humanized the news story for me. It's just incredibly sad to see another life cut short by gun violence, especially in our community. Has anyone heard if the PPB is making any headway in terms of leads or evidence? It must be incredibly frustrating and painful for his loved ones to have such a high-profile case remain unsolved. I've been keeping an eye on updates, hoping for some news of justice for him and for his family's peace of mind. Does anyone have information about how we can help support his family during this difficult time?
