In the late summer of 2024, concern began to grow for 50-year-old Kimberly Carter, a resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma. The last known contact anyone had with her was on September 2, 2024, through a text message. At the time, Kimberly was staying in Tulsa. As days turned into weeks with no word, her loved ones grew increasingly worried, eventually reporting her as a missing person.
