I recently learned that Christopher Shivers was well-known in his community for his kindness and willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. It's so unfair that such a caring individual was taken away so violently. It makes you wonder how something like this can happen to someone just going about their day.
I think it's important for us to remember the person behind the headlines and express our support for his family as they navigate through this devastating time. I really hope that anyone who might have seen or heard something that night comes forward. The community deserves answers, and Christopher's family needs closure.

As someone who grew up nearby, it's unsettling to hear about such violence in neighborhoods that are home to so many good people.
