I’ve been following the case of Dexter Ortiz, and one thing that keeps tugging at my heartstrings is the aftermath for his children. It’s unimaginable to lose a father in such a sudden and violent way. By all accounts, Dexter was deeply involved in their lives, and his absence must be felt so profoundly by his kids. It’s important for the community to rally around them, offering support and ensuring they have the resources they need during this incredibly tough time. Grief can be such a lonely experience, especially for children. Does anyone know if there have been community support initiatives or fundraisers for the Ortiz family?
