Has anyone else been thinking about the person who was with Charles Muldrow III at the time of the shooting? I'm curious about their perspective and what they might have seen or heard. It’s such a tragic incident, and having someone present at the scene seems like it could provide crucial information. I can't even begin to imagine what Charles' family and friends are going through right now.
I hope the authorities are getting the information they need to piece everything together. If anyone knows more about the process IMPD follows in such cases, I’d love to hear about it.
