Something that's been on my mind about this tragic incident is the delay in apprehending Keith Hardy. It's concerning that it took over a month and a half to take him into custody. I can't help but think about how this period must have been agonizing for Marlon's family, knowing the person responsible was still out there. It's another layer of trauma for them on top of losing their loved one. I know the legal process can be complex, but I hope this highlights the need for quicker action in such cases in the future. The community deserves assurance that justice is not only served but served promptly. Sending strength to all those affected by this senseless act.
Does anyone else find it concerning how long it took to apprehend Keith Hardy after the incident on April 12, 2023? Over a month and a half passed before he was taken into custody, and that really makes me wonder about the initial investigation efforts. I understand that it's challenging to locate someone who may not want to be found, but this significant delay could have provided ample time for evidence to be tampered with or for Hardy to flee entirely. My thoughts are with Marlon Hudson's family; I can't imagine the added agony of waiting for justice to even begin. While I'm relieved that Hardy was eventually found guilty, I'm still troubled by the delay in his arrest and what impact that might have had on the case. Has anyone else been following the procedural aspects of this case? Would love to hear your thoughts or any insights you might have!
