I've been following the case of Jessica Nicole Cruz and Jersey Castner, and it's deeply troubling to think about those children who were present during such a horrific event. It makes you wonder about the long-term impact on their young minds, having to witness something so traumatic. The fact that investigators believe it was a non-random act adds another layer of complexity. I can’t begin to imagine what their families are going through right now. Not only are they dealing with immense sorrow, but they also have the added burden of uncertainty since no suspects have been arrested yet.
