Has anyone else been following the tragic case of Nancy Jane Rosa from North Vernon? It's so devastating to see a senior community member fall victim to such violence. What really got to me was how her community has been rallying online to keep her memory alive. The virtual candles and messages really show how much she was loved and missed. It makes me wonder about the broader conversation we all need to have about ensuring safety for older adults. It’s not just about gun laws, but really looking at how we protect our elderly, especially when they’re alone or in vulnerable situations. Given the statistics, these discussions are long overdue. How do others feel about prioritizing the safety of our senior citizens in our current landscape?
