Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking a lot about the community impact surrounding Davion Grundy’s tragic murder. It’s gut-wrenching to consider how an act of violence overshadows the positive efforts many locals are undertaking to make the area safer. I noticed in some local reports that Brandon Cosby from Flannery House spoke up about this. His initiative has been doing so much to foster peace and support in the neighborhood, and it’s really disheartening to see how incidents like this can set back efforts and create fear. It really makes me wonder, how can we as a community better support these initiatives to ensure they keep progressing, even in the face of such tragedies?
