Has anyone else been following the case of Jeremy Davis and the skiff incident on Lake Iliamna? I saw some updates, but there's something that doesn't sit right with me. The report mentioned an incoming storm, but I've been wondering about the weather conditions and how reliable the forecasts were that night. I mean, Lake Iliamna can be pretty unpredictable, right? Does anyone here have experience boating in that area or familiar with how quickly things can change out there? I'm hoping someone might have some insight or local knowledge on whether unexpected storm waves are frequent. I can't imagine what his loved ones are going through right now, and I hope Jeremy is found safe.

Wow, what struck me most about this case is the fast-acting Igiugig resident. Imagine seeing something off and having the instinct to notify the authorities so quickly. It’s really a reminder of how important it is to trust our gut feelings. I can’t help but wonder what specific details they noticed that prompted them to call. It makes me think about how community awareness can sometimes be a crucial part of these investigations. Hoping for any kind of good news soon. If anyone has updates or any insight into the local area conditions that night, please share!
