He was so young, only 24, and seemed to have been building a good life. It makes me wonder if there could be more to the story between those involved. With the shooting being described as targeted, it’s perplexing what exactly could have led to such extreme measures. I sincerely hope the detectives can untangle the web of events and find concrete answers soon. My heart goes out to Julian’s family and friends during this unbelievably difficult time.
