I was reading more about Willie "DeMichael" Williams, and one part of his story just stuck with me—his courage and determination to get to the hospital, despite being gravely injured. It's so inspiring but also incredibly gut-wrenching to think about the sheer willpower he must have had in those final moments. He was fighting with everything he had for his kids, hoping to make it through. It's just so unfair that someone like that was taken from his family. My thoughts are with his children, who lost such a devoted father, and I can only imagine the void it must have left. If anyone hasn't yet, please consider helping with the memorial fund or just send some love and prayers to his family if you can. Every bit counts in supporting those he's left behind.
