Has anyone been following the James Philip Allen case? I came across some info that is puzzling and wanted to get thoughts from those familiar with the area. James was last seen near the 7500 block of River Road, close to the James River Bridge and Leeward Marina. There's been talk about how isolated that area can be, especially at odd hours. Given the proximity to water and the more industrial parts around there, do you think it could have something to do with his disappearance? It's a bit eerie knowing that the search so close to his last known location turned up nothing. There’s so much that could happen in such a setting, especially if someone’s in a vulnerable state without their meds.
