James Philip Allen, a 41-year-old man from Newport News, Virginia, was last seen in the early hours of August 13, 2022, near the 7500 block of River Road by the James River Bridge. Described as 5'10" tall and weighing approximately 165 pounds, Allen has brown hair, blue eyes, and distinguishing scars over his eye and on his chin. He requires daily medication, and authorities believe his health and safety are at significant risk due to his disappearance.
