Has anyone else noticed the lack of security footage or witnesses coming forward in the Ely Martinez case? Being in a busy warehouse area, you’d think there'd be at least some valuable camera footage or a passerby who saw something. It's puzzling and must be so frustrating for his family not to have answers. Let's hope that CPD can uncover more details soon—it seems like such critical pieces of the puzzle are still missing. My thoughts are with Ely’s loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. Would love to hear if anyone has updates or thoughts.
Has anyone else noticed the unusual amount of police presence in the Hermosa neighborhood lately? It seems like the entire block around North Kostner Ave was lit up with patrol cars the night Ely Martinez was found. I've lived in the area for years, and while we all feel the impact of crime, it's chilling when it strikes so close to home. Ely was just a hard-working man, probably just going about his business in the warehouse when this happened. It must be incredibly difficult for his family, not only dealing with the loss but also with so many unanswered questions. The fact that nothing seems clear about what happened that night is really unsettling. Maybe there's someone out there who saw or heard something and hasn't come forward yet? It's times like these when our community needs to be vigilant and support each other more than ever.
