Hi everyone, I've been trying to wrap my head around the tragic loss of Thomas Antoine. It just got me thinking about the West Bluff area itself. I've heard from people around town that this part of Peoria has struggled with crime in the past. Does anyone have any insights or personal experiences about what it's like living there? Maybe there's something about the area that could give us more context about what happened to Thomas. It’s just so sad that this young man lost his life so suddenly.
