I keep thinking about the role that the hotel itself played in this tragedy. Is it just me, or does it seem like the Sleep Inn should have had better security measures in place? I mean, how did it escalate to this point without anyone stepping in? Barry should have been safe, even if he was just passing through. It's so upsetting to think that something like this could happen in what should be a safer environment. I can't help but wonder if there were any cameras in the area or if the hotel had proper surveillance that could have alerted someone in time. My heart goes out to Barry's family and friends—it's horrible to lose someone this way, and I hope they find some peace and justice in all of this.
