I've been thinking a lot about the community's role in Ced Edwards Sr.'s case. It seems there's been a lot of frustration from the family about the investigation, which breaks my heart. I can't help but wonder if the public could be doing more to help. It's troubling that even after receiving a threatening letter, there hasn't been much movement in solving this case.
I remember reading about how fondly Ced was remembered by his family and community, which makes it all the more devastating that his killer is still out there. It seems like the kind of tight-knit community Ced was a part of might hold some crucial information. If anyone knows anything, no matter how small, it could potentially make a huge difference.
Sometimes the tiniest details can be a turning point in an investigation. The family deserves answers, and Ced deserves justice. If you think you might know something or heard someone mention something, even casually, please consider coming forward. Keeping Ced’s memory alive and holding onto hope for justice might one day bring some solace to his loved ones.

Has anyone else been struck by the fact that Cedrick Edwards received threatening letters after the shooting? It seems like such a chilling detail that isn’t getting as much attention as it should.
