Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Lewis Cherry's tragic death, and something that keeps sticking out to me is the location of the incident—Freedom Park Apartments on Delano Road. I've heard from folks in the area that it's unfortunately known for some issues with crime, but it still shocks me that something like this could happen. It's unsettling to think about the safety of the residents who live there and what they must be going through right now. I can't imagine how difficult it must be for Mr. Cherry's family to process everything while waiting for updates on the investigation. I really hope that people with any information come forward so that justice can be served, and perhaps some sense of peace can be restored to his loved ones. It’s important for the community to rally and support the effort in finding out what happened that night. Crime Stoppers is doing an important job by offering a reward for information, so let’s keep spreading the word about that and hold onto hope that leads turn up soon. Keeping Cherry's family in my thoughts. Feel free to share your thoughts if you've heard anything about the area or the investigation.
