I'm struggling to wrap my mind around how this situation escalated so quickly and ended in such a devastating manner. It's just so tragic to think that a simple Flock Safety camera alert for a stolen license plate turned into this horrific event. I can’t help but wonder about Courtney's neighbors on Amy Drive and how they must feel reeling from the terrifying standoff right on their street. Does anyone here know if they have support services available to them? It must be incredibly difficult to move forward when something this traumatic happens so close to home. My heart goes out to them, and of course to the families of Courtney and Michael, for this unspeakable loss. If anyone in the Marietta area sees something or knows something, please contact the authorities. Justice and healing for everyone involved is so incredibly important.
