I've been following the tragic events surrounding the shooting of Gregory Campbell, and something that stands out to me is the background of the suspect, Bennelle Evans. It's truly shocking and frustrating to see someone with such a long criminal history continuing to evade justice. How is it possible that someone with multiple convictions, including serious crimes like gun and drug offenses and bank robberies, is back on the streets? The justice system needs a serious review if someone with this kind of history can keep walking free, endangering innocent lives. My heart and thoughts go out to Gregory's family and friends who are dealing with this unimaginably difficult time. They deserve answers and they deserve justice. Let’s hope the investigation is thorough and swift so that this doesn't happen to another family.

Has anyone else been following the security situation at the Benson Apartments? It’s so tragic what happened to Gregory Campbell. It seems like this isn’t the first time something like this has happened there. I wonder if the complex has learned anything from the past, especially after the 2020 murder. You’d think they would have better security measures in place by now. It's gut-wrenching to think about losing a loved one like that, and I hope the family finds answers and support during this incredibly difficult time. Does anyone have more info on whether the management has responded at all to these security concerns?
