In the quiet town of Osceola, Wisconsin, the life of a 34-year-old White/Caucasian woman, Margaret "Maggie" Lerche, was brought to a tragic and violent end on January 22, 2024. What began as a welfare check at a residence in rural Farmington Township late that Monday evening quickly escalated into a homicide investigation.
