I’ve been thinking about the location of Leonard Carter's tragic death on Franklin Street NE. Having lived in that area for a while, I know the community well. It’s unsettling to imagine something this horrible happening in a neighborhood where families go about their daily lives, kids play, and people walk to the local shops. It makes me wonder if there's any security footage or witnesses from the nearby businesses that might have caught something useful. So many others, like myself, are trying to make sense of how and why someone could do this. It’s critical that we share what we know — even small details could make a difference in catching whoever is responsible. My thoughts are with Leonard’s family during this incredibly difficult time. Let's hope the community can come together and bring some justice to this case.
It's so upsetting to hear about Leonard Carter’s tragic passing. I can only imagine the pain his family and friends must be enduring. What concerns me is what seems to be a lack of information about the motive or suspects. I mean, it happened on a Thursday evening in what should be a relatively busy area, right? Franklin Street isn't exactly deserted, so how is it possible that no one saw anything? Maybe people are too afraid to come forward, or maybe they didn’t recognize the severity of what was happening. I really hope someone finds the courage to speak up soon. This reward could help, but more than anything, getting justice for Leonard should be a priority. It would be a great help to his loved ones to find some closure. Keeping his family in my thoughts.
I've been following the Leonard Carter case closely, and something that's been on my mind is the time of day when the shooting happened. It was around 6:47 pm, just when people might be coming home from work or heading out for dinner. Franklin Street is usually pretty busy during those hours. Could there have been more witnesses than we think? Maybe someone noticed something odd or recalled unusual behavior but didn’t initially think it was important? I'm just thinking that even the smallest detail could be significant. It must be incredibly painful for Leonard's family not to have closure yet, so if anyone was in the area and has any small detail, please share it with the authorities. The streets are filled with eyes; let's hope one pair saw something that can bring justice for Leonard.
