I came across the tragic case of Jonathan Jackson, and it’s just so unsettling that there hasn’t been any progress despite the time that's passed. I can’t imagine the pain his family must be enduring every day, knowing that there's no closure in sight. It's terrifying to think that whoever did this is still out there, possibly walking freely among us.
What I'm having trouble wrapping my head around is the lack of any leads after all these months. There was a decent amount of foot traffic on Benning Road, and I would think someone saw something or maybe caught something on their dashcam. Has anyone heard if the MPD are planning another plea for information, or if they’ve exhausted those avenues? It feels like there’s just not enough being done to remind the public about Jonathan's case. We need to keep talking and support the Jackson family in their search for answers.
