Just finished reading about the tragic events in Palm Bay, and I'm trying to make sense of what happened. My heart genuinely goes out to the friends and family of Sally Hoeffner. She was probably just enjoying her evening when all this chaos unfolded. What confuses me is the connection between Brandon Kapas and Father Hoeffner and Sally. Did they know each other, or was this just a random choice on Kapas's part?
