On January 28, 2024, a tragic series of events unfolded in Palm Bay, Florida, resulting in the deaths of four individuals, including Sally Joan Hoeffner, who was 69 years old. The incident began with a domestic disturbance at the home of Brandon Kapas and his grandfather, William Kapas. Brandon Kapas, a 24-year-old suspect, shot and killed his grandfather following the disturbance.
