Does anyone else find it troubling how Faye Porter's case seems to be at a standstill? With six young kids depending on her, you'd think there would be more urgency in bringing her shooter to justice. I can't even begin to imagine what her children and family are going through right now. It's gut-wrenching to think her kids are having to grow up without their mom because of something so senseless. It’s reassuring to see the reward increase to $9,500—hopefully, it encourages more people to speak up. Silence isn't an option when a killer is still out there. If you're in the area or know something, please consider reaching out to the authorities or Crime Stoppers. Faye deserves justice, and her kids deserve answers. Stay safe, everyone.
It's been a couple of months since Faye Porter was tragically taken from her family and community, and still no answers. I can’t help but think about her children and how they're dealing with the loss of their mother. It’s a deeply painful situation that no child should have to go through. It says a lot about Faye's character that her family speaks of her so warmly, describing her as sweet and kindhearted. It’s a reminder of the person we’ve lost, beyond just the facts. I also want to commend the OPD for their commitment to solving this case, and I'm relieved they've increased the reward for information. Let’s hope it encourages someone to speak up. To anyone reading this, please, if you know something, no matter how small, come forward. It could make a world of difference for Faye’s kids and family.
