Hey all, I've been following the case of Eliut Canales and something that's stuck with me is the location of his murder. North Main Street, especially around 2 am, seems like such an odd place and time for this to happen. It's a bustling area during the day but during those early hours, it’s usually pretty quiet. I can't help but wonder if he was targeted because he'd be more vulnerable there at that time. The community knew about his past, and it seems like everyone has an opinion on his earlier crimes, but regardless of what he did, it's incredibly sad that his life ended this way. I feel for his family who now have to face the aftermath of this violent incident and the stigma of his past. The increase in crime in Waterbury is really concerning, and I hope the police can piece together what actually happened to find some justice amidst all this tragedy. Does anyone have any insights into the surveillance or evidence gathered from businesses around that area?
