Does anyone else find it odd that there's essentially no physical evidence or witness sightings related to Oscar's disappearance? When someone goes missing under such sudden circumstances, you'd expect at least a few breadcrumbs to surface over the years. The lack of any concrete leads makes me wonder if there’s a possibility that his car was stashed somewhere remote. Also, considering he had an alias, could it be possible that some sort of dual life was involved? This case really puzzles me because it feels like every avenue is a dead end. I’m curious if anyone local to Chula Vista remembers any significant events or unusual occurrences around that time in 1998. Could be something that seemed irrelevant but might hold a clue.
