Has anyone else been following the tragic case of Payshas Whatley? It's so gut-wrenching to think about how her daughters have lost their mom at such a young age. I can't even begin to fathom how her family must be feeling. The pictures that have come out of the vigil held for Payshas show just how loved she was by her friends and community. It breaks my heart to see those little girls growing up without their mother. It makes you wonder what more can be done to prevent such tragedies and to support families impacted by domestic violence. My thoughts are with the family during this incredibly difficult time.
