Just stumbled across this tragic case, and it really got me thinking about community safety and how well we know the people living around us. I've lived in apartment complexes similar to Fair Oaks, and it always made me uneasy how little we sometimes know about our neighbors. It makes you wonder how often altercations like this happen and go unresolved.
