I’ve been following Sean Michael Moore’s case, and something that keeps bothering me is the behavior of Bryan Edwin Hill after the shooting. Witnesses mentioned that after Hill shot Sean, he was seen motioning at him while Sean was on the ground. What does that even mean? I can't stop thinking about it. Was he taunting him, checking if Sean was still alive, or something else entirely? It’s chilling to think about what must have been going through his mind in those moments. My heart goes out to Sean’s family and friends. They’ve lost someone so special, and it's haunting to consider the malicious intent behind Hill’s actions. I hope justice is served and that Sean’s loved ones find some measure of comfort in the support pouring out from the community. Has anyone else come across more information about what Hill did immediately after the shooting? That part of the case is just so unsettling to me.

I've been thinking a lot about the role of community gathering places like the Eagles Lodge in all of this. It's such a shame that a place meant for fun and connection could end up being the scene of such tragedy. So many people in small towns rely on local spots to unwind and connect with friends. Seeing it become a place of violence must be incredibly unsettling for everyone who frequents the lodge. It really makes me wonder how the staff and patrons are coping and what support structures are being put in place. I just hope the community can heal and find a way to restore the sense of safety they've lost. If anyone here is local to Hurricane, what has the atmosphere been like in the community since this happened? Are there any initiatives to support the lodge or the people who regularly visited?
