Did anyone see the details in the police report about Melissa's claims and the evidence that contradicts them? The part about her assertion of being attacked and having injuries but then having nothing visible confirmed by paramedics is really troubling. It makes me wonder about the truth behind what happened leading up to Corry’s death. I can't imagine the pain Corry's family must be going through, trying to make sense out of this awful situation. Also, the fact that a second handgun, not even the one she said she used, had blood on it raises so many questions. Why would she carry a second gun in her purse, especially if it had blood spatter? Curious to see how this develops as the investigation continues. Thoughts?
I've been following the Corry Fausett case closely and can't shake this uneasy feeling about the second gun found in Melissa Johnson-Fausett's purse. It's baffling to me why she would have a separate handgun with blood spatter on it, especially when she claims to have used the gun from the bedroom in self-defense.
Does anyone else think this might suggest premeditation, or is it possible there’s another explanation we're overlooking? The fact that there's blood on the gun in her purse but not on the other one raises so many red flags. Sending strength to Corry’s family as they navigate this incredibly difficult time. It's imperative that justice is served, whatever the truth may be.
