Has anyone else been thinking about the community response in Sheldon? It’s such a small town, and the shockwaves from Jody Duskin’s murder must have been profound. It’s devastating to think of how her family and friends must be feeling. I came across some reports about how the town came together in support of Jody’s family, holding vigils and community meetings. It’s moments like these that sometimes bring out the best in people, as they rally around those in need. I really hope the continued support brings some solace to those who loved Jody. It's a grim reminder of how precious life is and how important it is to cherish every moment with our loved ones.
