Does anyone else feel like Antwan Jenrette Jr.'s case isn't getting the attention it deserves? It's been over six years, and we're still no closer to finding out who did this. I can't imagine the pain his family is going through, knowing the person responsible for his death is still out there. I drive by North 36th and Shadowlawn all the time, and it always reminds me of him. I really hope more people speak up if they know something. Crime Stoppers is an anonymous way to help bring justice and closure to his loved ones. Let's keep the conversation going and share anything that might help.
Has anyone been following the case of Antwan Jenrette Jr.? I’ve been reading through all available articles, and I keep coming back to the lack of suspects. It’s just baffling that an 18-year-old could be gunned down at such a specific location and time, and yet, no one has come forward with any solid information.
We need to keep his case in the public eye so justice can be served. It’s been years, and I can’t imagine the pain his family is going through not having answers. If you were in the area or know someone who was, even the smallest detail might help his loved ones find closure. Please consider reaching out to authorities or Crime Stoppers if you have any information. Every piece of info matters in helping them piece together what happened that night.
Hi all,
I'm really struggling with the news about Antwan Jenrette Jr.'s murder. It's so unsettling when you hear about such a young life, full of potential, being taken away so suddenly and senselessly. One thing that keeps coming back to me is how important community support is in these situations. I can only imagine how difficult it must be for Antwan’s family and friends right now.
I’ve been thinking about the power of collective memory and the role we can play in keeping Antwan’s story alive. Sharing memories, photos, or even little anecdotes about him could help humanize him beyond this tragic event. It's crucial to remember that he was more than just a victim—he was a son, a friend, and by all accounts, a truly good person. If anybody here knew him personally, I'd love to hear more about him and share in celebrating his life.
Also, I really hope someone out there who knows anything comes forward. Even the tiniest detail could make a world of difference and help bring some justice to Antwan and his family. Let's keep this conversation going, and perhaps we can aid in keeping his memory alive and getting justice for him.
Stay safe, everyone.
