Has anyone else been curious about the supposed job offer that lured the Jack family away? It almost feels like it was too good to be true, right? I mean, a well-paying job for Ronald, work in the kitchen for Doreen, and even daycare for the kids? All arranged so swiftly and conveniently? It makes me wonder if this was a scenario specifically set up by someone who knew exactly what would entice them. The fact that they left in the middle of the night, packing up so quickly, strikes me as a decision made out of desperation and trust, or perhaps out of fear. It's haunting to think about how easily they could have been manipulated by someone who preyed on their vulnerable situation. I can't help but think about the stranger's true intentions and how something that seemed so promising turned into this decades-long mystery.
