Has anyone looked into the visual art communities in Moncton or nearby areas? Brian, with his collection of tattoos and unique piercings, might have been someone who frequented tattoo parlors or art studios. I wonder if he'd crossed paths with other artists or had any connections in those circles. Sometimes, people living a transient lifestyle find refuge or a sense of belonging among artistic communities. Maybe the police could reach out to local tattoo shops or art galleries to see if he had associations there. Just a thought—it could be a potential avenue that's not been explored yet.
